Compliance Record Audit

Once you have completed the Compliance Auditing of your records as part of CMCS Management's auditing program, we are available to help you fix  your documentation problems.

CMCS Management will work with you one-on-one to teach you how to correct the deficiencies and reduce your exposure with the resepective payors and licensure agencies.

$150 per hour for current members of the Lawyer's Marketing Program

$300 per hour for non-members

Purchasing or Selling a Practice

Many doctors buy or sell practices and accept the advice from counsel or another colleague not experienced in the valuation and details of the transaction. Legal counsel is very good in the "transaction" portion, but not the valuation and the variables required to "make the sale happen." CMCS will work with you and the buyer/seller to help you accomplish your goals in the deal.

Deposition-Testifying

Many doctors have been subpoenaed or retained to give deposition or testimony in court for a patient as expert. This can be either an empowering or confronting experience. CMCS will work with you to understand the deposition/courtroom experience; including reviewing your files and preparing you for cross examination. The process takes between 1 and 2 hours.
